I, the undersigned, hereby grant to Tisha Morris (the “Producer”), her licensees, successors and assigns, the following rights in connection with the use of my name, words or identity in the podcast episode in which I am a guest (the “Project”).

I, the undersigned, give my permission and the irrevocable, perpetual, and unrestricted rights to the following:

 The right to use my name, voice, photograph, biographical information, likeness, and identity (“Name and Likeness”) in and in connection with the Project, in any packaging, advertising, exhibition, publicity, exploitation thereof, or promotional materials for the Project, in any and all editions, versions, social media outlets, and media, in perpetuity and throughout the world, whether now known or hereinafter devised. The rights granted herein include the right to develop, produce, distribute, promote, exploit, or otherwise advertise the Project in any manner the Producer deems appropriate, including the right to edit, mix, duplicate, use or re-use, footage of the Project, in whole or part, in Producer’s sole discretion. 

I understand and acknowledge that Producer will be the sole owner of all copyrights in the Project, including any derivative works made therefrom, and all rights belong to the Producer worldwide and in perpetuity.

I hereby release and discharge the Producer, and its licensees, successors and assigns, from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action that I may have against them by reason of anything contained in the Project, or any of the above uses, including the right to privacy, the right of publicity, copyright, libel, slander, or any other right.

I have read the above authorization, release, and agreement, prior to signing, and I am fully familiar with the Name and/or Likeness of this document. This shall be binding upon me and my heirs, successors, legal representatives, and assigns. I acknowledge that I may not terminate or rescind the permission granted hereunder and in the event of any claim by me against Producer, whether or not material, I shall be limited to a remedy at law for damages, if any, and I may not enjoin, restrain or interfere with the use of my Name and/or Likeness as it pertains to the Project as provided in this agreement.

I agree that this Agreement may not be modified without the express written consent of both parties and shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.
